The staff was amazing. The fact that the outdoor pool was heated was a big surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The window treatments need replaced. Wasn’t able to open the windows and there are two sets of curtains that are in rough shape.

The curtains were ripped, socks and grabage from a previous guest still in the room. 45 mins after checking in the toilet in our room flooded the room. My kids refused to use the pool as they felt it wasnt sanitary. As a result of this we cancelled our booking at the Baymont in Billings

Charming cabins nestled into the trees. Only a 10 minute drive to Glacier National Park entrance. We stayed in the spacious two bedroom, kitchen, living room cabin with authentic western decor and ambiance. A wonderful stay.
