"We had a lovely couple of nights here. So quiet and relaxing, a true luxurious and romantic place. We had the lodge with the hot tub which had gorgeous views of the pond (number 17). Slight issue with horse flies when walking to and from the main area through the woods but they didn’t like insect repellent so that worked well. One slight downer was we didn’t get asked if we wanted to book tables for dinner in the evenings and one night was fully booked with what must have been non resident...

"The cave room at the chateau is fantastic. Besides a couple of spiderwebs and some steep steps, it is truly a find in the Loire valley. Excellent space, oasis of rest, great sauna, even better hot tub!"

"Great location. It's only a couple of minutes walk away from the train station, which can be used to easily explore the Loire region. The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are light and airy and the showers are amazing. "
