We truly loved every second of our stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights was being able to take a limo boat directly from the dock out back such a seamless and unforgettable experience. Waking up each morning and stepping onto the balcony to those breathtaking lake views was something special. A big shoutout to Aziz at the bar, a true gem. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and added a personal touch that really stood out. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice. Highly recommend."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful."

"We booked a superior room and unfortunately the room was located on the Ferry parking. There was no other room unless we spent 700$ extra for the 3 nights. We hardly slept that night. We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"
