"Overall, the property was excellent. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well air-conditioned, with modern amenities throughout. The location is also a major plus, just across the street from the U.S. Consulate and only about a 5-minute walk to the area’s main mall/plaza. The only downside was the front desk experience. The two female receptionists appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, never offering a smile or greeting. In contrast, the two gentlemen assisting with the doors and luggage were exceptionally kind and professional. Honestly, they provided a much warmer first impression than the front desk staff."

"Great location if you are going to the US Consulate, just a short walk. Dining options close by as well as a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. The hotel in general is quite outdated and needs some changes"
