I still haven't gotten my refund for my payment and was fuming about the condition of the place for the price!"

"The smoke alarm went off just after midnight and again around 6AM. There was no obvious smoke and the building was not on fire. I believe that maintenance of the air filter in the heat pump had been ignored, leading to particulates escaping from the filter and subsequently triggering the smoke alarm. Office staff proved unable to deal with this issue in a timely manner."
