Poor QAQC of room booking; overbooked, no accountability from staff, no breakfast, no ice machine, no room service to change linen, stairways smelled like a pool (there was no pool) & hallways smelled like pee. Honestly, would never stay again."

"I would like to thank the chef for making me breakfast bag to go for my Hennepin Hundredth race. When he heard that i needed breakfast he went out of his way to make a breakfast bag for me, It was a life saver.
