"The hotel was clean and nice overall. However, I nearly ran into the front glass automatic door several times because it didn't open until you were basically touching the glass and stood there for a couple of seconds. Sensor has problems. Second, I found a pair of underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom drawer on our first night. Third, on our second day at 10am, we were in the room painting our daughters' nails and with facial masks on, when a staff member just walked into our room. No knocking, just walked in. She started speaking in Spanish to us, and we had no idea what she was saying. Instead of leaving when she saw we were still in the room, she stood there for a few minutes continuing to speak Spanish even though I communicated we didn't understand her and also that checkout was not until 12. Since she wasn't leaving I called down to the front desk, at which point the lady finally started making her way out the door. I confirmed with the front desk staff that checkout was at 12. The girl was dismissive rather than apologetic saying "you're fine, she probably just wanted to see if you checked out." Absolutely inexcusable all around to walk into a guest room, refuse to leave while speaking a foreign language. Terrible staff that needs more training on customer service as well as English."
