Staff was very friendly but the front door was locked to come onto the property and you had to knock on the glass to get their attention so they let you in and it took awhile if they were doing something else"

"Siempre me gusta quedarme en este Hotel por su buen servició al cliente, en esta ocasión me dieron en el piso 5to y no el 6to como siempre y se supone que soy cliente VIP, desayuno en esta ocasión no se que pasó y no me dieron el mismo trato, el baño no estaba muy limpio y fueron 2 veces a limpiar y siguió igual sin limpiarlo."
