We were also impressed with the thoughtfulness of the hotel, anticipating the needs of guests to support comfort in special ways, including room amenities and design. "The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!"

"Charming place, immaculate, and breakfast is an adventure with so many marvelous offerings. Sadit was our server, and welcomed us each morning with love and attention to detail. Sadit Loja and the front desk attendant Valerina were the quintessential professionals who made our stay feel like we were royalty. The wellness center is indeed a real jewel of the Brufani Palace, with the heated indoor pool built under the Etruscan vaults. The steam-room, and the sauna are divine. The location is supreme and only steps out front you have a panoramic view of the majestic mountains, and many shoppes and restaurants. Apreitivo hour is a time to sit in the piazza and savor the moment. It's no wonder why such Royalty as Queen Elizabeth, and many other notables chose the Brufani Palace in Perugia, Italy as it is most definitely a supreme choice. "

"This is a classic luxury hotel. I can't imagine the amount of time and energy it takes to upkeep this property. But they somehow manage to maintain a spotless, manicured and warm environment. The room was quite large and rich in design. The restaurant and the staff who work there are excellent. I was here for some mother/daughter time and we loved making this our base to visit the surrounding towns. Timeless elegance!"

The staff were helpful and accomodating, breakfast in the courtyard outstanding and our room was divine. Cant recommend this property enough."
