"They have obviously upgraded the facility since we stayed there last year. Very clean. Check-in staff member was great. Breakfast staff member was also lovely. Check out staff member- non existent (in back room, just a basket to put room cards in- no one to make sure everything was good- only bad thing I can say about our stay). Will still give a 5* rating as everyone else was perfect! The pool was heated!! We really enjoyed that. And the hot tub was nice and hot too! We will return again next year on our way from Toronto to Florida! "
