Excellent place. Very nice and quiet. Communication is really bad if you want to get in touch with them. Facilities are great but for example to pools where the SPA is need to be taken care more (they were full of bugs every time we went)

Food and dining service could have been better. Sauna didn't work and steam room didn't have enough steam. Everything else was perfect. Would highly reommend.

Bio Habitat is truly five star without the star rating. The rooms are all individual and located in the lush jungle surroundings of the hotel. They have fantastic views of the surrounding area and wildlife. The food is brilliant combining local cuisine in fusion with global tastes. The staff are all excellent and cannot do enough for you. This is an ideal spot to relax and forget the outside world or use as a base to explore the beautiful Quindío coffee region.

Fantastic hotel with large adjacent forest. Private villas are modern, located in the nature and you wake up from songs of the birds. Great restaurant, SPA, forest inside the hotel

Excellent place to unwind ! No need to go anywhere else, great restaurant, bar and pool area. The staff was top notch but the most helpful person was Fernando and he does speak English which is really convenient. I will love to come back in the near future for a longer stay.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. Staying at Bio Habitat is an experience in itself. From dining, to relaxation, so scenery, everything was beyond incredible. Hot tubs were lukewarm at best and our outdoor tub had no hot water so just something to consider when booking your room type. Nevertheless, we still had the greatest time and would return again and again if we didn’t live halfway across the world.

This is definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, the views are incredible, the place is immaculate and comfortable.

The property itself is beautiful, we did one of the unguided hikes around the property and it was great to see all of the ways they are working to be ecologically friendly. There are a few things the hotel could work on, like the cleanliness of the room. There were spiderwebs inside the room, prior guests had written in the steam that builds up on the glass walls and they clearly had not been wiped down afterwards. The humidity in the room is very high- even with the dehumidifier turned on. Overall I liked my stay but for the price point and based on what I saw, I wouldn’t come back.

We never got to the hotel, it was impossible to reach the hotel staff. They post a WhatsApp number that only answers automated responses like a cheap website, horrendous and boon existent customer service!

PARADISE!
One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything has been meticulously planned, arranged, decorated and maintained. Their food is delicious, cocktails are different and tasty and their staff is super friendly. For sure a place to disconnect and relax

Beautiful setting, rooms gorgeous and spa amazing. The only negative would be the food still needs a bit of upgrading. I would prefer they have a smaller menu done perfectly rather than a large menu that is lacking.

Biohabitat is the place to go for some relaxation. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is phenomenal. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. When booking I did not realize this was an adult only hotel but the staff was nonetheless very accommodating with my 9 month old. After staying there I can certainly understand why it is this way my only feedback would be to make that fact a bit more explicit so others don’t make the same mistake but aside from that nothing but positive things to say.

Good Biohabitat but don’t arrive early !
We arrived early due flight and our room was not ready till 4, my booking was wrong and they will not accommodate my family, so I have to book another room in hotel next door that was absolute disaster instead of giving us roll bed! While we are waiting for our room we had to take taxi again to another hotel to pay for one day just to rest for 4 hours while we were waiting on our room to be ready! Beside the rough arrival and check in it was amazing accommodation and echo friendly and staff were nice especially Nicholas who always smiled to everyone!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but small things about the Grand Master room niggled - no hooks to hang coats or robes, no locks on any external doors/windows (except main entrance door), no heat source. It is all a very relaxing place, however, and the breakfasts and other food in the restaurant were very good.
