"Didn't even get to stay in the apartment as we couldn't get in contact with them! Had to book an expensive alternative hotel at late notice, otherwise we would have been stranded late at night. No sign of a refund and we're battling still!"

"I was late for 15 minutes and they canceled my booking. I was supposed to stay for 3 days and the booking is completely paid for. I contacted the property re: my arrival and the time frame I expected to arrive. They could have, at least, let me check in the following day and I could have stayed at another property for the night. To top it all, they refused to give me a refund.
