The stack of Cinq-Mars is a stack of Roman funerary second or third century. The stack is mentioned for the first time by Rabelais. The stack is a high building (29.50 m), square base is constructed of brick. It has geometric patterns in the upper part of its south side, near Loire. Recent excavations have uncovered the remains of a terrace on the north side of a building and a statue identifiable representation of a captive Eastern. The overall end or early second century of the third, seems to confirm the identification of the monument to a funeral stack.](https://images.trvl-media.com/place/6200910/56274009-0934-401b-84bd-0de4f7fa969c.jpg?impolicy=fcrop&w=1200&h=500&q=medium)
