"My wife Joanne and I stayed at this magical place on the hillside of Montalcino for three nights. Fabio was an excellent host and helpful at all times with any questions and was always up for a chat. The cakes, coffee and other breakfast selections were awesome. We also enjoyed being able to play with lily as we were missing our dog back home. Thanks Fabio to you, your husband and the dogs for an unforgettable time. Grazie! Louie and Joanne"

"We had a really lovely stay at A440. We were staying with our 7 year old, he was on a Japanese futon which I thought was slightly hard but he slept like a log so it’s obviously perfectly suitable for a child. Our bed was extremely comfortable!! From reading reviews I was slightly worried about the road up to the hotel, but our hire car had no problem with it. "The location is great, you have beautiful Tuscan view in front of yard. The room and bathroom are large, clean and modern with full kitchen. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant onsite is good for dinner. Free parking is good for travel by car."
