Our flight was delayed unexpectedly and they graciously extended our stay at the same rate at which we booked. A time that could have easily became a disaster; but thanks to the staff at this property- they ensured it was nothing less than pleasant & made sure we were comfortable in the midst of travel chaos! "Overcrowded room left service clerk unable to keep up. Room was filthy, food was lacking, and coffee was continually out. We chose to go somewhere else to purchase breakfast. The next morning— We checked out at 4am and no coffee was available for our trip home. It was frustrating. "
