"I showed up for my reservation and the hotel was over booked so they just randomly picked reservations to cancel…lucky me cause I was one of the ones that got canceled…which I had no idea that could happen. Needless to say, it ruined the birthday trip I planned for my husband. We were late for the baseball game that we paid a lot of money for…actually didn’t get there until the end of the 3rd inning…because I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get another room with no luck so we had to drive over 1.5 hours back to home after the game. What a disappointing weekend!"
