"The hotel is old and showing its age. A refresh is due! The location is convenient to all of downtown Cincinnati. Museums, ballparks all within walking distance. The true beauty of the hotel is its staff. It starts at the top with the manager, Shondale. She is helpful, professional and bubbly. A special shout out to Anthony and Kelly. It was an honor to meet them."
