"Room was good size, parking was ample, breakfast was well stocked and easy to grab a quick breakfast. After several of the staff tried to assist in locating a missing necklace, the manager was able to locate it in the laundry after the room had been cleaned. I appreciate their help."

"The staff was amazing!!!! They helped us get milk in the middle of night for the baby. The coffee was fabulous. Pool had a lot of chlorine but we swam anyway."

"This is our second time staying at this particular hotel. Even though we only stayed one night and didn't stay long do to being at kings Island all day and checking in late. We did enjoy our stay. We all slept very well and the breakfast the next morning really hit the spot before we had to make the journey home. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with whatever we needed."

"Traveled with my wife and kids from Chicago to watch a bears vs bengals game the hotel was nice and clean,the receptionist what very helpful Had a lot of issues with the parking garage key and cherry on top the lady that’s in the parking garage was very rude and treated me like if I was dumb her job is to help us and was nothing but rude I did let the nice reception girl know about the girl in red shirt overall the hotel was nice and clean but had a bad experience with the garage key and garage lady not sure if I would be back there 8-22-26"
