"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily "
"This hotel was just average. It is Definity old. If your room is on the ends, it will take at least 30 minutes for you to get hot water!! And even then, it's not really hot. The breakfast buffet was terrible! It seemed like reheated prepacked foods. Disappointing! The staff were all kind and friendly! It was a disappointment for our special weekend. Not worth the money we paid! "
"I stayed for a wedding, this was the bride’s room block. The hotel was nice, the rooms were fine but very sterile, no character. The floors in the rooms were vinyl and so it was very echoey. The bathroom door was steel, it felt like I was in a hospital. There also weren’t normal hotel amenities like q tips and a shower cap, but there was a kitchen and plenty of tools. They were sold out while we were there and had no extra pillows when I requested them. I’ve been staying in hotels for over 30 years and I’ve never heard of one running out of pillows. There also wasn’t an extra one in our room like many rooms I’ve stayed in before. Overall it was clean and okay but I personally wouldn’t stay again. "
"Room size was amazing but the condition of the bathroom and sink were a little subpar but nothing too crazy. They do use multi-use toiletries and I personally think that's unsanitary and refuse to use them. The handsoap was very obviously watered down. The only good thing for breakfast was the bagels and cereal but ita typical hotel food so take that for what it is. No free parking, we paid $62 for the garage right next door (which was convenient at least). The elevators did take forever (this was the most annoying thing about my stay, so nothing major). The staff were friendly and I had no real issues. It's in a good place downtown so very walkable. About 5 minutes from the Duke Energy place walking normally. I stayed with my husband and 4 year old and would stay agin. "
