"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"Location and atmosphere was phenomenal. Loved it. The village environment is great and definitely immersed you in the Ferrari world - great for racing fans. Property could use some upkeep, and maybe a bit of a once over but otherwise, great stay. Rooms were very spacious."

"Excellent stay and quite spacious! Rita was an amazing host, and her breakfast was quite filling. I’ll be going back for a cooking class! This location is also very quiet and private, which I appreciated."
