"Charming and historic inn 0-5 min walking distance from Taos Plaza and many shops and restaurants. Everything worked in the room, including in-room wood burning fireplace. Clean, nice bedding and linens. Many common, intimate, shady courtyards in mazelike layout. Accessibility, remote parking and uneven surfaces might be too much for some older/disabled folks. But great, authentic ambience. This older, popular property could use refreshing in some areas. But, the mid-summer room rate was quite reasonable in this tourist town."

"Beautiful setting and so quiet! The linens were so soft and the towel warmer was a wonderful surprise. Very well stocked kitchen and overall appealing decor. My only negative would be the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. We saw several deer and took advantage of local hikes. Our stay was during off season so not as much to do in the area but enjoyed our stay!"
