"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt.
