The staff are incredible. I did not appreciate that not only was it a mix of all inclusive and non all inclusive, the all inclusive package had restrictions. For example, in the one bedroom suite had bottles labeled not included in all inclusive.
Additionally, there were meal items not available without extra.
Btw the micro aggressive means to get you to go to their timeshare pitch is annoying. They jack up massage prices and give you a discount if you go to the pitch.
The joy of an all inclusive is that I don’t need to worry about such matters. As such, I have been to a fair number of all inclusive resorts - this experience is towards the bottom.
