"We had a fantastic experience and everything was really lovely. Staying in such a historic building is a privilege made all the better because the room, food and staff exceeded our expectations. Irem was particularly helpful as was Isa and everyone else whose names we didn’t remember. Great stay!"

"The hotel was a stopover for us as we travelled through Turkiye. We just wanted quick, cheap place to stay so we didn't expect much, this place failed to reach our already low expectations. The room was tired and shabby, the wooden furniture was in poor state, the fridge was in the wardrobe and didn't really fit in properly. Curtains had cigarette burns, as did the remote control for the air conditiong. I had to repair the remote control to operate the A/C!! The reception area was relatively nice, and I was optimistic the rooms would be nice too, sadly they were very poor. The bathroom was shabby, cheap plastic loo seat was badly fitted, the shower was over the toilet area and everything was soaked as there was no shower curtain. On the plus side the room was cleanish, with clean sheets and clean towels. The lift was good and worked fine. The Town around was a lovely bustling place and I really liked the friendly people and atmosphere. If travelling again in that area I would not stay here again. Poor facilities that could relatively easily be sorted. "
