"We had the most amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! The place was beautiful, the pool clear and clean and the food was great! Breakfast in the shade of the trees overlooking the sea was breathtaking! My kids also really loved the cats who stopped by for a cuddle! A special mention to Will who was kind, helpful and had great taste in music. It was a delight to hang out in the bar, drink tea, read books, play pool and table tennis. We'll be back!"

"The upper floor rooms are not as pleasant, i was in moskova room the ceiling is low, poor condition , also you have to climb 32 steps from a sharp stairways to get upstairs . bathroom is super tiny and no Air condition in living room( more important than bedroom) property was advertised to be over 400 sq/ ft but its barely 250 sq/fr , kitchen stove had to be lighted by lighter . "

"The proparty is situated in the old town of Fethiye close to the harbour and not far from a dolmus stop. Everything is nearby. The appartement looks new and very clean. Very friendly host. "Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "
