"O quarto não estava arrumado, as roupas de cama e de banho rasgadas e tinha ate cabelo na cama (parecia que só tinha sido esticada ao invés de trocada depois da ultima estadia), pedi para a rouparia e o atendente foi rude, falou que a rouparia não havia enviado roupa de cama limpas e eu deveria aguardar. procurei uma camareira e conversei com ela e ela me ajudou retirando de outro quarto que ainda não tinha ninguém. um absurdo isso.
