Well appointed, spacious room with a super comfy bed and pillows, kettle, large bathroom and picturesque views from the window. "Hotel Duomo in Orvieto was an excellent choice and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore this beautiful historic town. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The rooms were a little dated, but they were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. One staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and she made us cappuccinos and Aperol Spritz, adding such a personal touch to our experience. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Duomo to anyone visiting Orvieto. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish."
