Everything was great except there was no hot water. Taking cold showers for 2 days was no fun. They said it was because they were at full capacity which seemed like a pretty poor excuse.

When we got there our room key wouldn't work we were in the single bed room since no other rooms were available. They changed a battery to door. Cable box in room was not even connected, toilet was so close to the wall it was weird and not sure what was happening with the hot water. Next day same ...
