There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! Superficial cleanliness is great, but don't look under the beds... The property is a 30 min walk from the city center. There are buses, albeit not easy to use."
