Chüttlitz Trip

I was skeptical making this reservation but I loved staying here. The room was newly renovated, the food court is new, and I don’t have a single complaint about any of the sit down restaurants. The Prime Rib was a great deal.

My room was in great shape and cleaned. I had a really nice view. Housekeeping was amazing and always did a great job.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. No wash rags though??

Woke up in the morning did the early check in online. Got the email saying my room keys were ready for pick up at the kiosk at 3pm. Went to the kiosk only to be told my room was not ready at 7pm. Had to stand in the long line to speak with a live person, front desk girl had an attitude. Got ready went out, came back at 12 midnight asked a security for directions on where to get food, he also did t seem to be in a good mood. Overall customer service experience was not good.

Nice and clean, but the soundproofing is very poor.
