"We were offered to change room when we arrived from the third floor to the ground level. We accepted because we wanted to avoid the stairs. The problem is the room the young lady gave us was right beside the hotel entrance and staircase. So we got to hear people go up and down with their suitcase. We try to contact the manager but she never call back. The room that we were supposed to get on the third floor was much nicer also."
