"The most spectacular two room apartment! Beautiful windows around bedroom. Loved having kettle & bar fridge. Parking convenient. Fantastic location in city centre. Staff very helpful. TV should have "Smart" access - YouTube, etc. Breakfast silly expensive! Our healthy breakfast from local minimart just 5 Euros Instead of 42! Münster is beautiful!"

"Parking was easy. Self check-in was simple, but plenty of staff on hand. Rooms were pristine and the historic nature of the location was on display. Plenty of restaurants nearby and an easy 30min walk to central Münster. "

"The room was clean, the bathroom was big and we were so pleased to find the EV charger was free to use. The only downside was the room was so warm even in December and there was no thermostat to turn the temperature down. We used the small fan in the room but it was not enough to cool us down so we did not sleep very well. "

We arrived when it was dark, and were not admitted into the building, and were sent to look for the Hotel without further guidance. This was not appreciated as were tired after a long car journey with 2 children. Nothing extra was available to us as we were not in the main hotel, and we had to search for things such as toilet paper, clean cups, and tea mugs. - Check-in instructions in more than one language would be much appreciated. - Finally, location: A car is essential! We knew this in advance, but good for others to know that this hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Münster city center. "
