"Amazing place up in the hills of 'La Sal'. Perfect place if you want a quiet and small family run retreat away from the crowd. Mike and Amanda, the hosts were very helpful and gave us a lot of local pointers and tips. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the basic amenities are in the room. There is a common TV in the shared living room. There are also cabins have a well stocked kitchen with washers and dryers. The breakfast is a good spread of cereals, toast, bagels, boiled eggs etc. Since this place is a little cut-off, you need to plan some drive time to Moab in case you are particular on eating at restaurants for dinner etc. Given the location, the night sky is spectacular and they keep the outside lighting minimal so that you can enjoy the night sky. You don't have to go to a national park to see the night sky 😀. We absolutely loved the place and enjoyed it."

"The dome was a cool experience. Having air conditioning and a cozy blanket at night was perfect. The curtains were a bit interesting to figure out, have to take it off the clips to see whole view. Bathroom was clean and close to dome for night trips. Enjoyed seeing wildlife around the property."

"The room, especially the bathroom was very clean and front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. The downside was that the unit was facing the main road and large noisy trucks went by all night long."
