"Hated the first room, window opened up to nothing but a tarp due to construction. Staff gave me a different room with a garden view. Very nice! Front desk staff is very helpful. Love the hotel, very pretty & the glass elevator is so unique. Hotel is very close to the Powder Bridge, cross under & short walk to Old Town & Astronomical Clock. Great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"The hotel is very modern, well kept and well run. We were happy with all the aspects of it. Central location with a couple of minutes walking distance to public transportation. Clean rooms and comfy beds, 5 star hotel quality open buffet breakfast with hot item choices, even order to made omelettes. I don’t know if it was a easter treat or not but we even were greeted with Prosecco every morning to breakfast. For a similar price to nearby hotels we were nicely surprised how much more we got for our money. I would definitely stay there again and advise to family and friends. "
