"We had a two bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious considering it is located in the downtown area. They had limited parkings underneath the building and there’s an EV charger as well but sometimes non-EV cars occupy the two spots. Luckily, the wire was long and I was able park and charge on the spot next to EV spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable but just a little dated. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for us."

"C’était notre première visite à cet hôtel et on a adoré! C’est un de mes favoris à Montréal L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville et on avait le métro et le REM a 5 minutes de l’hébergement. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Tout était fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était ok mais je trouve qu’il manquait un peu de variété. Je recommande!"

"I’ve stayed here twice and the last time I was reminded of why I thought I never would again. It’s OKAY. Everything is OKAY. I don’t understand how this is listed as a 4 star property. It is bare bones, no frills, period. Rooms are clean enough, there are no ice buckets - someone brings it to you on request. There is no body or hand cream available. There is no bar soap. No water bottles. You really get no extras whatsoever. The parking is a pain - because it is valet and there is only ever one on staff, you are sometimes waiting a fair amount of time for your car. But the worst thing about this place, that hasn’t improved since my first stay, is the pillows. I do not understand these things. They look fluffy enough, but after a few short minutes they turn into flat bags of wet sand. This is across the board. We all found this to be the case. Get ready for some serious neck pain. The location is good if you want to be close to Plateau or Quartiers des Spectacles"

"Excellent downtown location for a good price Friendly bi lingual staff ! Close to Everything. Centre Bell , Musee, Churches, Business, shopping , Gourmet Foods , Restaurants , Transit , ,,,, Rooms and building are clean and well kept "

"Customer service is non-existent, if you stay two days you will not have room service and the towels are old, small insufficient... suggestion not to walk barefoot, since the floor of the room is unhygienic.... if you stay two days, they only leave you coffee for one day... they do not give you water and sell it.... "

"highly recommend this place. fabulous location, shops, bars, restaurants, train station and banks at your doorstep. hotel was sparkling clean, nice clean linen towels and nice smelling shower products. Staff are helpful. will stay again !"
