"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest
No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. "Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . Piscina in comune agli altri appartamenti bella e comoda se non si vuole stare tutto...
