"The doorman are amazing, they are so helpful, respectful. They truly stood out and hope to get taxi cabs and directions on where to go since it was her first time here at the Gothic center. We were a group of five with handicap accessible, and they truly went out of the way to take out their time to help my parents on the luggage. Staff on the rooftop and breakfast were amazing as well and very courteous. We had an issue with one of the rooms having a funky smell, and I went down to the front desk and politely told him what was going on and they’re very happy to do a room change and extremely helpful with checking us in.
