Un petit déjeuner très apprécié. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux et authentique de Sylvie qui est une hôte incroyable. "The property location, with views of the Seine River below, was excellent. All of the amenities were first class and our meals were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the nearby Monet Gardens!"

"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé : Nous sommes entrés dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas été faite. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas). Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...). Pas de mobilier...
