The service throughout was excellent - the landlord was always ready to assist with our problems and the cleaning lady always made sure to tidy the rooms to top-condition. "The bathroom had no hot water and no solution could be found, and this was in November. The water also smelled of rotten eggs. The door to the room could not be locked, so we put our suitcases by the door to protect ourselves. The toilet paper was spartan, with one roll, so we got some ourselves. The furniture, such as the stool, was really dirty. The promised call from the owner to find a solution never came."
