Loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly and gave me some really great food recommendations in the area! This spot is perfect, very close to many good food options and very close to the lake and train street! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything as advertised and excellent pre-arrival arrangements by Ms Jolene Do. Will definitely return. In-house spa experience was great too! Thank you to all staff.

the breakfast area was clean but had to walk 2-3 minutes to another hotel. staff was friendly and helpful.Angela, the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about tours.

Gave a three. We stayed here for two nights then left for a cruise returning three days later for a further three nights. The first stay room was amazing. Newly decorated, large bed and fruit in the room. The second stay (allegedly an upgrade) had a smaller bed, smaller room, needed updating and no fruit. If we had a similar room to the first stay it would have been 5 stars all round

Great hotel, staff were excellent. We had a young lady Jelly that helped us book excursions and sort out what ever we needed. Can not recommend the hitel and staff enough.
