We stayed in a bay-facing room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic look over Victoria Harbour—watching the sunrise and city lights at night from our room was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and care. Housekeeping was consistent and detail-oriented, ensuring the room stayed fresh and inviting every day.
The hotel’s overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxing charm. We loved the facilities—especially the gorgeous infinity pool with harbor views and the excellent dining options. Breakfast at Big Bay Café offered an incredible spread of local and international dishes in a bright, airy setting.
