"The hotel was clean, nice and spacious well maintained. However, the staff on the front desk are not friendly nor trained well. Although the property is not cheap, we didn’t feel welcome. We arrived to the airport and spent five hours in the taxi to get to the hotel on the lake. It was 2:00 o’clock, traveling all night and half a day, still, the front desk staff refused to give us our room although it was ready. They said they don’t give the key before 3:00 o’clock even if the room is ready. Thus, we had to sit next to the pool in the sun, slept on the lounge, dressed in winter clothes in the hot weather until it was exactly 3 o’clock to get our room key."
