"My employee and his family stayed here based on the listing, which was misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The neighborhood felt unsafe and appeared to have a high incidence of public disorder; it was not what we expected from the hotel's photos and description. The hotel itself is rundown and poorly maintained. Common areas and rooms were unclean and showed signs of neglect. During their stay the plumbing was a major problem — toilets and the sewer system were not functioning properly. This created unsanitary conditions and significant inconvenience for the family. Given the discrepancies between the online description and reality, the safety concerns in the surrounding area, and the serious maintenance and cleanliness issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. Management should address basic repairs, deep cleaning, and update their listing to accurately represent the property. Prospective guests should exercise caution and consider alternative accommodations."

"The room was nice. However, it was right next to the highway, and there was a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles going by. The coffee pot in my room was broken, but I got fresh coffee downstairs. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"The staff at this hotel is very friendly and eager to help with any needs. Even the housekeeping staff are friendly and glad to get you anything you may need. The hotel is well kept and very clean The woman that takes care of the breakfast buffet, does an excellent job!! She keeps everything fresh and very clean."

"This place was awful staff was awful and the room was nasty and the place stinks so bad I didn’t even stay walked in and walked out knowing dam well they wouldn’t refund me my money I do not recommend this place to bed bugs although I’m sure they are infested with them. "

"The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them. I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over. When I got to the room, a maintenance staff member told me to be careful with the walls because they had just been painted. That was surprising and inconvenient, as we had to be extra careful not to get paint on our luggage. Although the room was clean and comfortable, outside noise was a major issue. I couldn’t sleep the first night—it was so loud I thought someone was inside the room. Better soundproofing would help. Breakfast was below expectations, with old fruit (blackened bananas, aging apples, dried oranges). Most concerning was an incident with our car—someone may have tried to break into it or hit it. I asked to check cameras but was told the manager was unavailable (before 3:30 pm). I left my contact info since I was leaving at 2 am and have not received any follow-up. Overall, while the room itself met basic expectations, the noise, breakfast quality, and lack of response regarding a serious issue were disappointing."

"Dead roach found in stairway. Staff wanted to go in my room to check the phone. They called me during work hours. Fix the phone between room rotation/cleanings instead interrupting my stay and work."
