It was off-season and as such, they were doing offseason renovations and cleanup, but only minor inconvenience. Starr at the front desk was super nice, responsive and helpful with suggestions. KG at the bar was great. Alfredo sauce on the fettucine dish at the onsite restaurant was the best I've ever eaten. Would recommend again once renovations are complete, but location and access to beach phenomenal.

2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that.

The hotel’s location is excellent—it is centrally located and directly across from the beach, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The rooms are spacious, but they feel outdated and could use some renovations. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which resulted in significant noise starting very early in the morning. There were also construction materials throughout the property, sometimes even limiting access to certain areas and rooms. Another major concern was the lack of security. We noticed that random people were able to enter areas of the property, including spaces clearly marked as private, which did not make us feel very comfortable or secure. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential due to its great location and spacious rooms, but I believe the property should significantly improve its security and guest experience, especially while the renovations are ongoing.
