Spotless, well equipped. However, just off a very busy street, so noisy all day, only quiets at night but starts up again early. High crime are - another guest had their window broken and radar detector stolen in the carpark overnight. Do not leave ANY valuables visible. Check in easy, staff fine, room very clean. Only concerns are noise and theft.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand that noise can be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers. While we can't control external factors like traffic, we're committed to finding ways to minimize noise disturbances and enhance the overall guest experience, especially for those sensitive to noise.Regarding the issue of theft, we share your concern about the deteriorating security situation in our city since COVID-19. It's regrettable that the police department seems indifferent to these matters. While the incident you mentioned was isolated, being an open-air parking lot, despite our surveillance cameras, we strongly advise guests to keep valuables stored inside their apartments and to secure their doors while sleeping to avoid any unnecessary losses.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Across the main road, there is a cafe called Dose Diner. You can quickly reach it by crossing the road directly through the safety island, but we still recommend taking the longer route through the pedestrian traffic lights, which takes about 11 minutes on foot. Additionally, Church Corner Mall and Bush Inn Mall are within a 15-17 minute walk.
We had to leve one day early because we had family problems and they refuse to refund the mony for that day

Thank you for feckback. According to our policy allowing free cancellations up to three days in advance, if you need to check out one day early, you can make adjustments free of charge until Feb 17th based on your booking dates. However, you request an early check-out on Feb 20th, the accommodation fee for the night of Feb 21st will not be refundable. We understand your concerns about the refund policy. It's important to note that our policies are in place to ensure fairness to all guests and to maintain the integrity of our operations. And you have repeatedly emphasized to us that if we do not refund you, you will give us a negative review, which has also left our team feeling very disheartened.Regarding your feedback about the laundry room, it's important to note that the laundry room is closed and marked as unavailable after 8 PM. In this context, it is unfriendly behavior for you to persist in using the laundry room. Despite the clear indication, you continued to open the laundry room door and operate the machines after 8 PM, resulting in noise that disturbed other guests' rest. Therefore, we expect all guests to respect our regulations to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Furthermore, if you are unsure how to operate the dryer, you should use it during office hours and ask our team members for assistance rather than blaming the machine for being faulty. Turning off the main power switch to the laundry room after the dryer has started is a very bad idea and could potentially damage the machine. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
We were in town for a family funeral, so needed 3 beds. They upgraded us. Plus, a cousin had also booked a room, but had booked the wrong month. The motel was full, but they said she could sleep on the couch at no extra cost. Very helpful and nice people.
Great clean and modern rooms with good facilities and surprisely quiet for the busy location.
Super friendly and helpful people who went out of their way to help me with a difficult timescale. Really enjoyed my stay and across the road is a superb cafe called Dose Diner - a must visit for breakfast.
We had a nice stay here! Our unit was sparkling clean and very accessible to almost everything you need in the city. We had to request a change of beddings since our little one had an upset stomach and made accidental stains on the blankets and the guy in the reception was very understanding. Highly recommended!

Start with check in , the lady who checked me in was polite but she told me that they couldn't give me the king room that I booked so she gave me 2 bedroom suite instead(upgrade). With a note ' please can you only use 1 room?' 🙄 so isn't that suppose to be an upgrade? Well, I only need one room anyway but I think I wouldn't say that to the customer if I upgraded room for them. I get it, they don't want to clean 2 rooms. Anyway, the living area is large, separated toilet to the shower(all good), adequate kitchenette. The downside is it was noisy and we couldn't sleep well. Room#201.
The room was tidy.
However there is a lot of traffic noise even with all of the windows closed.
There was No Sky TV access even though all of the advertising stated Sky TV. Checked with the manager and all he had to say was that the sky had been discontinued.
Relatively close to the University. It's on a pretty busy road and you can hear some traffic, but the double-glazing helped keep that to a minimum. The amenities were around what you'd expect for a sub $100/night motel.
