"Alicia (the blonde haired lady on reception - hoping i’ve remembered your name correctly!) was absolutely incredible with looking after us. The food was delicious with a very generous breakfast spread, the spa was clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and tidy, lovely bed!!
only a few things which we feel could improve; the coffee, tea and biscuits were not restocked every day so we often had to call to ask. Flannels and a toilet roll were not always resupplied so we needed to call for those too. Kids were very loud and splashing in the pool so the spa wasn’t always the most relaxing.
However, we are so thankful for our stay and we will be back!! Thank you Alicia for making it so special, we hope to see you again on our next visit! 5 stars to Alicia (so sorry if my spelling is wrong!) but please do pass on my praise. "

"The staff are just lovely......helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean, room spotless and spacious. My bathroom had natural light and smelled lovely. The restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated with pretty artwork and gorgeous wallpaper."

"We love staying here. Would like to say a very big thank you to Maggie on the reception desk who recognised us from last months stay. Maggie made us feel very welcome. This time we stayed in a cottage room 506 newly refurbished. Lovely upstairs room with a sea view. Spacious and comfy. Could do with some peppermint tea in room.Great location to stay for the BIC literally a five min walk.
Good nights sleep. Great powerful shower. Breakfast is a must. Lots of choice and good quality food.
