We loved the Hotel Had everything we needed. The only wee things we noticed were dirty windows, but we understand the magnitude of cleaning them and that CHCH has a lot of construction happening around the CBD. There were threads where carpet had frayed between the carpet and bathroom. That area is quite hard on feet, but the complementary slippers helped. We loved how central it was, very accessible, friendly and helpful Staff. All the personal touches were really appreciated. 10/10 overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Had a nice stay with your extremely wonderful staff! However, the food in the restaurant is very limited and unfortunately the breakfast was not good & very overpriced. Would be great to see much more variety of foods. The sauna is broken, only one element is working - though the friendly staff are happy to put it on for you to wait 1/2 an hour for it to heat up. Will definitely book again as the hotel and staff are great!

Our stay at Fable Hotel was just okay. The staff were not very accommodating, and you had to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they were not provided. The amenities were limited to a small gym and one sauna bath room. We were surprised to find drinks in the fridge, but fortunately, we noticed the prices listed inside the drawer before taking any. However, there was complimentary coffee available, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were no slippers provided. On a positive note, we enjoyed the view from the windows in our room.
