They can do better
"The mini fridge in the two single bed room isn't working. It has a heavy smell when you open it. The one bedside lamp isn't working either. The basin tap isn't fixed."

"The unit has horribly outdated furniture and was dirty and dusty. The unit we stayed in smelt like Mold, to the extend that we ended up with horrible allergies the whole weekend. The water pressure is non-existent and toilet does not flush properly. The staff were really unhelpful. No other amenities ..."

"It was great to be able to stay over and hike the next day. There is a shop on the premises but it closed before we arrived. The apartment was clean and easy to use. No coffee pot (or French press), but instant is available. The hiking was great!"

"We hired 2 chalets' no's 528 & 529. 528 was in good shape but 589 was not. The master bedroom carpets were dirty and the chalet needed painting. We paid for half board but found the food generally very poor. Breakfast was OK with eggs cooked while you waited, the sausages and bacon were good but ..."
