"Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Good buffet with lots of variety"

"Good hotel with great breakfast. Clean and friendly and helpful staff. Not many shops open in the evening "

"This modest size hotel is really a hidden Gem. I was so impressed by the cleanness, superb staff service, included breakfast buffet with some items made to request. There is free street level and under ground garage parking free, and welcome deserts waiting in the room when I walked in, you don't see this very often at their price range. The price for a standard room with a king bed is almost half or one third of chain hotel, but the quality is nothing less and perhaps more. The location is...

"Friendly location"

"因為出差來成都，連續在這家酒店住了九晚，讚讚的，服務好"

"The best hotel we have ever booked. The price for what we got was exceptional. Our “room” was like a whole apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all separated compared to a lot of hotels we would stay at. Our stay that we paid for also came with the free breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly. We did takeout a couple times and a robot would come deliver to our room."

"everything is best hyatt house in world i will coming back soon. always appreciate your hotel management"

"city vicinity clean and safe"

"Perfect, nice new hotel, can wash and dry clothes anytime, gets two subway stops within 5-10 mins walk and coffee shops, grocery shops and bakery all within walking distance very nice, house keeping staff so friendly as well, thanks so much :)"

"free upgraded room was big for family stay breakfast was nice"

"Very nice property. Good location to the airport."

"Good"

"The hotel has only the basics. No food, restaurant, dining or room service available after 7pm. There is a shuttle that comes every half an hour to take you to the terminal if you want food, or anything else. Rooms are okay, again just the basics. But fine for the cheap price if you are staying a night before your flight."

"P oor restaurant service and food quality. If you have other choices better exercise them."

"Very convenient location, friendly stuff. Clean facility. Good breakfast"

"All went well, thanks"

"Very good location, nice and updated room, very clean. The Thailand restaurant there is top notch. Love it..."
