I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. "Las camas son muy cómodas. Mi habitación estaba en unos de los extremos por lo que las mañanas fueron muy silenciosas, ademas de que el area no es comercial. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales."

"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax. I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. In the end, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping was also disappointing — by 4 PM, our room still wasn’t cleaned. Strangely,...

"Clean room, courteous staff, and Great food. I cannot even count how many choices you can have for the breakfast included in the booking, Sadly, it was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. On the third day, I asked the staff, and was told that I have free breakfast. I cannot even count how many choices you can have. I could never inmagined there are so many variety of food for breakfast, and everything is so good and delicious! I will book this hotel again."
